GED Essay Examples - Two Arguments - Good Or Bad?When students finish writing a GED essay, they usually find that the essays contain two arguments. The first argument, they often make is that certain people are inherently good and others bad.The argument that this writer makes is that some people do not do well because they are different from others. For example, some people tend to do better than others when given an extra challenge or an extra opportunity. One of these people, in his or her mind, is inherently a bad person and should be prevented from getting the chance to try harder. On the other hand, these same people will admit that in their life, they have had the opportunity to succeed and so they think that these individuals were bad people.While it may be true that some people seem to have good things in life, the argument that many writers make is that these people would succeed if given more chances or more opportunities. The idea is that these people may not like to take the next step, but if given the chance, they will jump and learn how to get where they want to go.There are many ways to build an argument that some people are good and some are bad. Some of the good guys would include those who work hard and are successful, others would include successful business owners and the poor would include those who end up at the bottom of the ladder.However, there are some people who are bad, but as one person who was mentioned earlier said, you can't force them to do what they don't want to do. In his or her mind, there is only one person and no amount of coercion could make him or her want to do something that they do not want to do.For example, we all know that some good things come to those who are willing to work hard and be good. Others do not do as they are told, but there are those who willingly do what they are told.Now, what I hope you take away from this article is that there are people who are bad, but no amount of coercion can make them be go od. It just doesn't work that way.These two arguments are how most people decide to write their essay. Although many of these writers acknowledge that they are bad, their essays still consist of two arguments. In fact, I recommend that you ask yourself if you want to continue arguing with yourself and which argument is more important, which would be the most logical one to begin with.
